AI Speed-to-Lead

AI speed-to-lead that contacts every new lead in under 60 seconds

When a buyer, seller or borrower fills in your form, the first business to respond usually wins the conversation. Our AI assistant calls or messages them on WhatsApp within 60 seconds, asks the qualifying questions, books the appointment on your calendar and logs everything to your CRM, with a human handoff whenever it is needed. Built for real estate teams and mortgage-broker and loan-officer teams in the US, Canada and Australia, and led by Future Frame founder Muhammad Adnan.

Overview

What is AI speed-to-lead?

Speed-to-lead is how quickly a new inquiry gets a real response. AI speed-to-lead automates that first response: the moment a lead arrives from a web form, Zillow or a Facebook lead ad, an AI assistant contacts them by voice call or WhatsApp/SMS, opens by saying it is an AI assistant, finds out what they are looking for and when, and books a time with your team. It does not replace your agents or loan officers. It makes sure no lead waits while your team is at a showing, on a call or asleep, and it hands the conversation to a person whenever the lead asks or the situation needs one.

The problem

Most inquiries wait far too long for a human reply

A 2026 Pied Piper study of 2,198 inquiries sent to 21 large real estate brands found that only 10% heard from an agent within an hour. Teams that pay for leads, from portals, ads or their own website, are paying for attention that goes cold while the inquiry sits in an inbox. The people who reach out are often talking to several agents at once, so a slow reply is frequently a lost lead.

  • Leads submit a form while agents are at showings or in meetings
  • Evening and weekend inquiries wait until the next working day
  • Follow-up depends on whoever happens to see the notification first
  • Paid leads from portals and ads go cold before anyone calls

How it works

From form submission to booked appointment

We connect one lead source to the assistant, your calendar and your CRM. Your team keeps working the way it does today.

1

A lead submits your form

A website form, Zillow or Facebook lead comes in. There are no new forms for your team to manage.

2

AI calls or messages in under 60 seconds

The assistant phones the lead or messages them on WhatsApp/SMS, opening with a short disclosure that it is an AI assistant.

3

It qualifies the lead

In a natural conversation it asks about timeline, budget or pre-approval status and what they are looking for.

4

Booked, logged and handed off

The appointment lands on your calendar and a summary is logged to your CRM. A human takes over whenever the lead asks or the assistant reaches its limits.

What's included

What the founding pilot covers

A done-for-you setup on one lead source, run and monitored for you.

Voice plus WhatsApp/SMS follow-up

The assistant reaches new leads on the channel that works, by phone call or by message, and follows up if the first attempt is not answered.

Calendar booking

Qualified leads are booked straight onto your or your agents' calendars, so the appointment exists before your team has opened the lead.

CRM logging

Every conversation and outcome is logged to your CRM (Follow Up Boss, HubSpot or Google Sheets), so your team sees exactly what was said.

Human handoff and daily lead log

You set the handoff rules. You also get a daily lead log and, at the end of the 14-day pilot, a report on response times, conversations and bookings.

Who it's for

Who it's for

Teams of roughly 5 to 30 agents or loan officers in the US, Canada and Australia that generate web leads and cannot afford to let them wait.

What it costs

Founding pilot pricing

We are taking a small number of founding clients. The founding pilot is a 14-day run on one lead source, with locked pricing for founding clients in exchange for a case study and testimonial. The speed guarantee covers speed only: every lead from the connected source contacted in under 60 seconds, or you get the pilot fee back. We do not guarantee bookings or revenue. Full details are on the pricing page.

Disclosure and consent

AI disclosure, consent and opt-outs are built in

Every call or message starts by telling the lead they are talking to an AI assistant, and recorded calls say so. The assistant only contacts leads who submitted your own form with consent to be contacted, honours opt-outs such as STOP, and hands off to a human on request. Consent rules, including the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), apply to the business that collects the lead, so we help you set the form wording and call flow up correctly. This is not legal advice; have your counsel review the consent wording for your state or country.

  • Short AI disclosure at the start of every call or message
  • Recorded calls are announced as recorded
  • Opt-out honoured immediately
  • Human handoff whenever the lead asks
Mortgage guardrail

For mortgage teams, it only schedules

The assistant never quotes rates, discusses loan terms or gives loan advice. For mortgage and loan-officer teams its job is limited to introducing itself, confirming the inquiry, collecting scheduling details and booking the conversation with a licensed person on your team.

What to expect

What to expect

Every new lead from the connected source gets contacted within 60 seconds, including evenings and weekends, and your team starts each day with a log of who was contacted, what was said and what was booked. Outcomes such as bookings depend on your lead quality, market and follow-through, so we measure and report them rather than promise them.

FAQ

AI Speed-to-Lead - your questions answered

Do leads know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. It is never disguised. Every call or message starts with a short disclosure that it is an AI assistant, and if the call is recorded it says so. Leads can ask for a human at any point.
Is this compliant? What about TCPA and consent?
The assistant only contacts leads who submitted your own form and agreed to be contacted. Every contact opens with an AI disclosure, recorded calls say so, and anyone can opt out or ask for a human. You stay responsible for your consent language and local rules, and we help you set up the form wording and call flow. This is not legal advice; have your counsel review it for your state or country.
What happens during the 14-day pilot?
We connect one lead source or form, voice plus WhatsApp/SMS, your calendar and your CRM. For 14 days every new lead from that source is contacted by the assistant, you get a daily lead log, and on day 14 you get a report covering response times, conversations and bookings.
What does the 60-second guarantee cover?
Speed only: every lead from the connected source is contacted in under 60 seconds, or you get the pilot fee back. We do not guarantee bookings or revenue, because those depend on your leads and your team's follow-up.
Can it work for mortgage brokers and loan officers?
Yes, with a strict guardrail. For mortgage teams the assistant only schedules the conversation. It never quotes rates and never gives loan advice.
Which CRMs and calendars does it work with?
We integrate with Follow Up Boss, HubSpot and Google Sheets for CRM logging, and book onto your calendar. If you use something else, ask on the demo call.
Where do you work?
We work remotely with real estate and mortgage teams in the United States, Canada and Australia.
