Who we are

Future Frame is a done-for-you AI automation and marketing studio serving local service businesses across the United States. We operate remotely, with no public walk-in location. For any privacy question, you can reach us at connect@futureframesolution.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when you complete our contact or demo-booking form, or message us, we collect the details you provide - typically your name, email address, business name, phone number (if you share it), and the contents of your message.

Information we collect automatically: like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical and usage data when you visit - such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the dates and times of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

We do not intentionally collect any sensitive personal information through this website, and we ask that you do not send it to us through the contact form.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, schedule and run demos, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your request, operate and secure our website, understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it, and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data (such as pages viewed and approximate location) on our behalf so we can measure and improve the site.

You can prevent analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser's private/incognito mode. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers that process limited data on our behalf, each under its own privacy terms:

Google Analytics (Google LLC) for website analytics; Calendly for demo scheduling, if you choose to book a time; our email delivery provider, which transmits the messages you send through our contact form so they reach our inbox; WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message us there; and our website hosting and infrastructure providers, which store and serve the site.

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

How we share information

We share information only with the service providers described above, where required to respond to your request or operate the site. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or others. If our business is ever involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to deletion; we do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We operate remotely and use providers located in the United States and other countries. If you access our website from outside these locations, your information may be processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from those in your own.
